Finished this one today. This one's for Janet, my friend who wishes to become a jockey. I tried to make the pegasus was raceing the wind... And utterly determined to WIN!I think the mane and tail turned out great. This is one of the best (and most anatomically correct) horses I've ever drawn. In fact, it might be THE most anatomically correct... The wings turned out well... The blue/purple range blended very well, that it did. Another in Prismacolor. Gotta enjoy the Prismacolors... ^^
Now I am working on Midget's. She wishes to be a phoenix, so phoenix it has become. and phenix it shall be. Already almost done with the pencil drawing of it. Then I outline in micronpen, erase pencil, and color in!!! ^^ funfunfun
Once again, the wings are beautiful. You've also done an excellent job in the structure, both muscular and bone. The mane is just great! You've really put a 'wild, free' feel to it.
great job!
Wow, great work! I really like the feathering on the legs, that's what I always mess up on. Did you use watercolor Prismas on the hooves and wings, or did you do some kind of smudge effect once the picture was scanned? (Looks good either way, just curious!)
